Want to be happier and healthier?
It’s important to remember that we are talking about your happiness and your health. Just because I mention it doesn’t mean it will work for you. As much as I wish I had a crystal ball, I don’t. We are in this together. You’ll find plenty of tips and information to help bring yourself into total body wellbeing but it will require experimentation. Sometimes you’ll have to go back to the drawing board. But each time you try something, even if it doesn’t work, you’ve learned more about yourself. Enjoy the process.
I am not a doctor or a wizard and I don’t play one on t.v. I am the first person to tell my clients to go see their doctor when something isn’t quite right and they don’t know what’s going on. I don’t see myself as a replacement for Western medicine. I see myself as a complementary alternative medicine to be used in conjunction with Western medicine. MRIs and X-Rays are great! They provide a lot of useful information. As awesome as I am I can’t reattach detached muscles. And as much as I love peppermint oil it will not make pneumonia disappear.
I do what I do because while many advancements in Western medicine have delivered exponential benefit many Western doctors just don’t have the time to do the in-depth work that I do. I’ve experienced first hand doctors that don’t want to spend more than 5 minutes in the office and snidely shun questions. It’s frustrating and confusing and hurtful to have your healthcare provider dismiss you when you are sick or in pain. This is where I come in. Get the diagnosis and any necessary Western treatment but let me work with you to heal. We will move in the direction of positive change, together.
